This is an introductory call where you can ask any questions you may have, discuss what you hope to accomplish through services, and to schedule a time to meet.

During this session we will discuss your goals, explore your past and present relationship with food and body image, other components of health, and how I can best support you in working together. Together, we will come up with a plan that best serves your needs.

In these sessions, we will continue working towards your goals and discuss tools you may need. We will adjust goals as needed as you continue your path.

This service is for athletes who have last-minute questions and/or concerns with their race date quickly approaching.
Includes a one-time virtual or phone consultation to discuss questions, concerns & solutions.
This service is not a substitute for ongoing nutrition coaching packages.
