Tired of trying to figure things out by yourself?

Join our small group of athletes to learn about performance nutrition in a virtual, supportive group setting.

Apr 6 - May 4, 2024 (5 weeks) — Saturdays @ 4pm CDT

All video sessions will be recorded and available for replay by registered participants.

Topics include:

  • Week 1 - Energy Balance, How do I know if I'm eating enough?, Goal Setting

  • Week 2 - Macronutrients, Performance Plates, Sample Meals & Snacks

  • Week 3 - Variety, Nutrient Timing

  • Week 4 - Underfueling and Low Energy Availability, Body Image, Sleep and Self Care

  • Week 5 - Supplements, What to Eat for Travel Competition, Putting It All Together, Wrap up

Each session will include a 45-60 minute interactive presentation with live Q&A, access to handouts, slide deck, case studies, practical application of nutrition education, and a private Slack channel (parents of athletes ages 17 and under are encouraged to join the Slack channel).

  • What this program OFFERS:

    — Education, group support, group accountability, and group troubleshooting

    — Self application of sports nutrition principles

    What this program DOES NOT OFFER:

    — 1:1 personalized coaching, nutrition tracking, and accountability

    — Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals requiring disease management for sports performance (You may set up a 1:1 individual session for those purposes.)

    A Google Meet link will be emailed to pre-registered participants on the morning of each session.

    Sessions will be recorded for pre-registered participants who are unable to attend.
