Join our small group of athletes to learn all about performance nutrition for half or full marathons!

When: Nov 11 - Dec 30, 2024 -- Mondays -- at 1 pm CST (spring marathons) — REGISTRATION CLOSED

Topics include:

  • Figuring out calorie and macronutrient needs for running -- how to tell if you're eating enough

  • Pre- and post-workout nutrition, fueling for two-a-days and strength training

  • Nutrition needs for long runs, hard efforts, and short, easy runs

  • How to train your gut for long runs and hard workouts

  • Adjusting nutrition with mileage

  • Weight maintenance during training

  • Supplements & hydration

  • Fueling for peak week and race day

  • Carb loading, fueling on course, and more!

Each session will include a 30-45 minute interactive presentation with live Q&A, access to handouts, slide deck, practical application of nutrition education, and a private Slack channel for ongoing Q&A and troubleshooting.

What this program OFFERS:
— Education, group support, group accountability, and group troubleshooting

— Self application of sports nutrition principles

What this program DOES NOT OFFER:
— 1:1 personalized nutrition coaching, nutrition tracking, and accountability
— Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals requiring disease management for sports performance (You may set up a 1:1 individual session for those purposes.)
